The Incite Alliance is a network of business consultancies united by a core set of values, shared interests and a desire to work and learn together. We love running our own businesses and we love collaborating with colleagues who stretch our thinking.

Our members specialise in Organisational Development, Change management, Culture change, Executive Coaching, Leadership and Team Development.

‘Incite’ (rather than ‘Insight’) because we believe that provoking our clients’ thinking and stirring up the desire for action is a key part of our responsibility as consultants.

The whole is greater than the sum of the parts. Together we offer our clients a wide range of services and our own diversity enables us to offer our clients some very different perspectives.

We work across all sectors of the economy and a significant amount of our work is international or global. Drawing on our associates, we have the capability to work in French, German, Swedish, Dutch, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi as well as English.
